Аннотация
Бокавирус человека (HBoV), недавно идентифицированный парвовирус, вероятно, является важной причиной возникновения острых инфекций верхних и нижних дыхательных путей у детей младшего возраста в различных частях мира. Не исключено также, что этот вирус способен вызывать острые гастроэнтериты у детей, а также бессимптомно персистировать в инфицированном организме. HBoV является 3-м по частоте обнаружения респираторным вирусным агентом человека после респираторно-синцитиального вируса и риновируса. Наиболее надежным методом идентификации HBoV в клинических образцах является полимеразная цепная реакция. Филогенетический анализ показал наличие, по крайней мере, 2 циркулирующих вариантов (генотипов) вируса.
