Цитотоксические свойства кроличьих энтеровирусных диагностических сывороток. Особенности и локализация

Аннотация
Кроличьи гипериммунные нейтрализующие энтеровирусные диагностические сыворотки оказывают выраженное цитотоксическое воздействие на перевиваемые клетки RD, HEp-2, Vero и первичные клетки почек зеленой мартышки. Выявлены особенности развивающегося токсического эффекта: торможение пролиферативной активности и частичный цитолиз клеток. Описана динамика формирования сывороточной цитотоксичности в процессе иммунного ответа на повторные антигенные стимуляции животных-доноров. Представлены экспериментальные доказательства отсутствия связи токсичности сывороток со специфическими нейтрализующими антителами и с антителами к клеточным культуральным антигенам. Метод аффинной хроматографии - один из возможных способов очистки цитотоксичных сывороток.
