Аннотация
Обзор посвящен калицивирусной инфекции, давно известной у животных, но сравнительно недавно открытой и у человека. Калицивирусы человека вызывают вспышки острого гастроэнтерита во всех странах мира, что делает весьма актуальным исследование их иммунобиологии. Описаны история открытия, изменчивость калицивирусов, генетика резистентности и механизмы иммунной защиты хозяина.
