Аннотация

В обзоре приводятся данные литературы о заболевании гриппом, послегриппозных осложнениях, госпитализации и смертности беременных женщин, о неблагоприятных влияниях заболевания беременных женщин гриппом на плод и новорожденного, о вакцинации беременных женщин инактивированными гриппозными вакцинами. Представлены данные о высокой частоте гриппозных осложнений, а также госпитализации и смертности новорожденных и о возможной защите новорожденных от гриппа за счет материнских антител. Сделан вывод о целесообразности вакцинации беременных женщин против гриппа для снижения заболеваемости, госпитализации и смертности при гриппозной инфекции как самих женщин, так и новорожденных.
