Ig G antibodies to HSV-1, 2 and CMV were detected in 97.3% of cases, VZV – 94.6%, HHV-6 – 32.4%, antibodies to HHV-8 were not detected. 20 patients (55.6%) had reactivation of chronic HSV-1, 2 infection, and 14 (38.9%) patients had reactivation of CMV infection. Markers of chronic EBV infection were found in all patients, its atypical reactivation was observed in 2 cases (5.4%).</p> <p>Conclusion. Our findings suggest the possible participation of EBV in the oncogenesis of the uveal tract and emphasize the need for further in-depth study of this problem.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Введение. Полученные данные позволяют говорить об участии EBV в развитии опухолей увеального тракта и необходимости дальнейшего углублённого исследования данной проблемы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>herpes group viruses</kwd><kwd>uveal melanoma</kwd><kwd>polymerase chain reaction</kwd><kwd>enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вирусы группы герпеса</kwd><kwd>увеальная меланома</kwd><kwd>полимеразная цепная реакция</kwd><kwd>иммуноферментный анализ</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Исследование выполнено за счёт государственного бюджета.</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">The research was funded by the state budget.</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Mrázová V., Golais F., Búda A.
