The high effectiveness of the results and the automation of the process of laboratory testing (using a luminometer) allow these methods to be recommended for including in primary screening tests for these infectious diseases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлены результаты исследований по разработке твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа (ТФ ИФА) с иммунохемилюминесцентной (ИХА) и колориметрической детекцией для выявления специфических вирусных антигенов и антител при диагностике гриппа птиц и болезни Ньюкасла. Показана высокая специфичность и чувствительность ИХА, которая в 10-50 раз превышает таковую ИФА с колориметрическим методом детекции.
