This work describes the results of the experimental study of adsorption and survival of the hantavirus on different environmental substrates (natural organic and inorganic sorbents). Bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution (5-10%) was effective in the hantavirus elution and phosphate-buffer saline (PBS) pH 7,2 was optimal for elution of specific RNA. Potential survival of the infectious hantavirus on environmental substrates was observed within up to 14 days at +4°С.</p>
Показана возможность сохранения хантавируса в комплексе с субстратами внешней среды до 14 дней при 4°С.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hantavirus</kwd><kwd>adsorption</kwd><kwd>survival in environment</kwd><kwd>reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хантавирус</kwd><kwd>адсорбция</kwd><kwd>сохранение во внешней среде</kwd><kwd>полимеразная цепная реакция с обратной транскрипцией</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
