The KOMV nucleocapsid (N) protein sequence shows 30-40% identity level with the mosquito-borne phleboviruses and 43% with the Uukuniemi virus (UUKV) group (Phlebovirus, Bunyaviridae). The maximum identity (65%) for the KOMV N protein is observed for the Manawa virus. The KOMV glycoprotein identity with the UUKV group viruses ranges from 45% to 59%. The KOMV RdRp identity with the Manawa virus reaches 74%, while showing 63% level at average with the other UUKV group viruses. According to the results of molecular-genetic and phylogenetic analysis, the KOMV is a new member of the UUKV group (Phlebovirus, Bunyaviridae).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящей работе проведено частичное секвенирование ранее не идентифицированного вируса, получившего название «Командоры» (Komandory - KOMV, от англ. Komandorski islands), изолированного на Командорских островах из клещей Ixodes uriae в 1986 г. на основании молекулярно-генетического и филогенетического анализа последовательностей белков KOMV установлено, что KOMV является новым вирусом группы укуниеми (UUKV) рода Phlebovirus (сем. Binyaviridae). уровень идентичности последовательности белка нуклеокапсида (N) KOMV составляет в среднем 30-40% с москитными флебовирусами и 43% с вирусами группы UUKV. Наиболее высоким уровнем (65%) идентичности белок N KOMV обладает с вирусом Manawa. Гликопротеин (G) KOMV обладает от 45 до 59% идентичности с вирусами группы UUKV. Идентичность RdRp KOMV с MWAV достигает 74%.
