We proposed a simple method of the fluorescent labeling of genomic segments of all known iAVs subtypes, the composition of the hybridization buffer, as well as the software of the data processing. 48 iAVs strains of different subtypes were analyzed using our microarray. All of them were identified, while 45 of 48 strains were unambiguously subtyped.</p>
Результаты анализа 48 штаммов ВГА человека и животных, принадлежащих к 18 разным подтипам, позволили однозначно типировать все штаммы и субтипировать 45 штаммов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>influenza A virus</kwd><kwd>hemagglutinin</kwd><kwd>neuraminidase</kwd><kwd>microarray</kwd><kwd>molecular diagnosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вирус гриппа А</kwd><kwd>гемагглютинин</kwd><kwd>нейраминидаза</kwd><kwd>микрочип</kwd><kwd>молекулярная диагностика</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Киселев О.
