A phylogenetic analysis indicated that the examined strains form two groups with a geographical connection: European and Asian genetic groups</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Определена частичная нуклеотидная последовательность S- и M-сегментов генома у 13 малоизученных штаммов вируса Тягиня (Bunyaviridae, Bunyavirus, серогруппа калифорнийского энцефалита), выделенных на территории Чехословакии, Финляндии, Армении, Азербайджана, Казахстана и Таджикистана.
