These CRV isolates were ascertained to differ from vaccine strains in the nucleotide sequence of the S3 gene. The approximate substitution rates for the S3 gene were established to range from 2.0x10-3 to 6.0x10-3 nucleotide substitutions per year.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены данные по сравнительному анализу нуклеотидных последовательностей фрагмента гена S3 67 изолятов реовируса кур (РК), выявленных в пробах патологического материала, поступившего на исследование с 1999 по 2007 г. Установлено, что данные изоляты РК по нуклеотидной последовательности гена S3 отличались от вакцинных штаммов. Была рассчитана приблизительная скорость накопления нуклеотидных замен для данного гена, варьирующая от 2,010-3 до 6,010-3 замен на 1 нуклеотид в год.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chicken reovirus</kwd><kwd>polymerase chain reaction</kwd><kwd>S3 gene</kwd><kwd>genetic analysis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>реовирус кур</kwd><kwd>полимеразная цепная реакция</kwd><kwd>ген S3</kwd><kwd>генетический анализ</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Андрейчук Д.
