It also analyzes the available data on the impact of genetic mutations in the genome on the biological properties of the virus.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре описаны фенотипические свойства, структура и схема экспрессии генома вируса Западного Нила (Flaviviridae, Flavivirus, антигенный комплекс Японского энцефалита), а также клиника и патогенез этиологически связанного с ним заболевания - лихорадки Западного Нила.
