The prevalence of CXCR4- and CCR5-tropic viruses among the variants prevailing in Russia was studied using the B-PSSM (sinsi) prediction method. No X4-tropic variants were found among 124 samples of HIV-1 isolated from the Russian patients not receiving antiretrovirus therapy.</p>
Показано, что среди 124 образцов ВИЧ-1, выделенных от российских пациентов, не получающих антиретровирусную терапию, X4-тропных вариантов нет.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>human immunodeficiency virus</kwd><kwd>co-receptors</kwd><kwd>tropism</kwd><kwd>computer methods</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вирус иммунодефицита человека</kwd><kwd>корецепторы</kwd><kwd>тропизм</kwd><kwd>компьютерные методы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ханина Т.
