The interplay "macrophage - ES" by the example of 2 models of susceptibility to ES demonstrates that the ES lethality is not unambiguously related only with a level of virus reproduction in macrophages. The interplay "endotheliocyte - ES" is indicative of that the ES lethality is inversely dependent on a level of production of the IFN-y and of TNF-a by endotheliocytes. In general, the Eboly fever lethality is not conditioned only by the ability or inability of ES to reproduce in macrophages and endotheliocytes; it also depends on a variety of pathogenetic factors, one of which could be the cytotoxic action of immune complexes shaping in the process of infection progression.</p>
В общем же летальность при лихорадке Эбола не определяется только способностью или неспособностью ВЭ репродуцироваться в макрофагах и эндотелиоцитах, а зависит еще и от ряда патогенетических факторов, одним из которых может быть цитотоксическое действие иммунных комплексов, образующихся в процессе развития инфекции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Ebola virus</kwd><kwd>guinea pigs</kwd><kwd>macrophages</kwd><kwd>endotheliocytes</kwd><kwd>IFN-y</kwd><kwd>TNF-a</kwd><kwd>immune complexes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вирус Эбола</kwd><kwd>морские свинки</kwd><kwd>макрофаги</kwd><kwd>эндотелиощты</kwd><kwd>ИФН-у</kwd><kwd>ФНОа</kwd><kwd>иммунные комплексы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Дадаева А.
