High-quality AFM images were made and typical sizes (half-height diameter and mean height) were measured for the above objects absorbed in unspecific substrates. Special software was elaborated that automated the object identification procedure and sped up the analysis process.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Показана возможность использования атомно-силовой микроскопии для визуализации и идентификации ряда вирусов, содержащихся в водных пробах, по их морфологическим характеристикам (форме и размеру) на примере 3 модельных объектов: вируса полиомиелита, ротавируса и аденовируса. Для этих объектов, адсорбированных на неспецифических подложках, были получены качественные АСМ-изображения и измерены характерные размеры (диаметр на полувысоте и средняя высота).
